Overview

The Deanship of Admission and Registration at the university has important responsibilities, not only limited to following up on students academically until they graduate from the university, but its responsibilities extend to include providing all information about the university, its colleges and specializations, announcing the university's admission requirements and academic systems and regulations, and is concerned with clearly answering all inquiries related to them. The Deanship is also concerned with preparing the statistics required by various parties inside and outside the university, which contribute to clarifying the university's important role in the national renaissance process.

In addition to the administrative and technical tasks of the Deanship within the university, we find that its responsibilities extend outside the university due to the importance of constructive and continuous coordination and cooperation between all the various units within the university and other parties outside it required by the successive developments in academic institutions and their systems.

Thanks to God, and then to the guidance of His Excellency the University President and his continuous follow-up to develop and update the Deanship on an ongoing basis, the Deanship has witnessed, since its establishment, a comprehensive and continuous development in all its organizational aspects, whether administrative or technical. It has developed and accelerated the provision of services to our sons and daughters, students, and efforts are still being made with determination and insistence to develop the work mechanism in a way that makes the Deanship capable of accomplishing its various tasks and responsibilities in the best possible way, God willing.
