His Excellency the President of AJouf University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Shayea, inaugurated an exhibition of projects and innovations of the College of Engineering for the year 1445 AH, attended by university employees, heads and representatives of (18) government agencies and the private sector, from specialized employers; Such as the Sakaka Solar Energy Station, the Saudi Telecom Company, the Municipality of the Al-Jouf Region, the branch of the Heritage Authority in Al-Jouf, the Dumat Al-Jandal Wind Energy Station, the Engineering Department of the Ministry of Interior in Al-Jouf, the Air Base, the Al-Jouf Solar Energy Association, the branch of the Saudi Electricity Company, the Ministry of Transport, and the branch of the Ministry of Water in Al-Jouf. And representatives from some companies and consulting offices.
The exhibition included a number of innovative projects and initiatives. The exhibition included (23) projects distributed according to vital fields and sustainable development. It included (7) projects in electrical engineering, (6) projects in civil engineering, and (4) projects. in mechanical engineering, and (6) projects in interior design and design of inns and resorts. It also included an innovation around a date-harvesting machine, powered by solar energy, and an initiative in the field of traffic safety within the cities of the Al-Jawf region. The initiative aims to achieve safety and review the planning and engineering design of a number of Vital sites with high traffic density that need to be re-studied and presented with remedial procedures and engineering designs.
