The Deanship of E-Learning and Digital Transformation, represented by the Training and Development Department, plays a major role in this field by providing a high level of quality for the training programs it offers and linking them to the reality of the job practice of the Deanship's employees. Hence, the methodology of linking training to the career path had its justification and purpose, which has become a fundamental pillar of the university.
The Deanship of E-Learning and Digital Transformation, represented by the Training and Development Department, is also responsible for raising the skills of university employees in the process of digital transformation and e-learning and providing high-level human resources in the concept of digital transformation and e-learning in line with the plan of the Deanship of E-Learning and Digital Transformation, which is based on the university's plan derived from the Saudi vision, as the training and development plan for raising the skills of university employees in the process of digital transformation and e-learning is based primarily on conducting periodic local and international workshops and training courses in cooperation with experts in the field of digital transformation and e-learning.
